In fact, I think it's more likely that they found out about it only upon being told by the state, after a public records request from the Columbus Dispatch revealed that the records had been accessed.<BR/><BR/>Knowing how the system works, there's little a supervisor can do if one employee decides to violate the rules that govern usage of the system.
