The day before the Harbour Report came out the brand quality ratings were released. Correlation? Nope. In fact, the most productive plant... Chrysler's Jeep plant in Toledo, made the product that scored last in brand quality... the Jeep. That should tell factory managers why it can be disastrous to focus purely on productivity.
