Why must Southwyck stay a mall?

    Maggie,
    To answer your question, there's no good reason except to stroke a certain addled politicians err, ego.

    If it were my decision, I'd let those who specialize in development/redevelopment make that decision, and I'm pretty sure that we'd all be better off by letting them do what they do best.

    But then, my err, ego doesn't require constant stroking ;-)
