Columbus Dispatch Reporter, 'Surprised' That Tea Party Is Not in GOP Lockstep, Admits to Being Asleep For Over Two Years

I attended and participated in a portion of the We The People Convention in Columbus this past weekend and especially enjoyed the attendance and enthusiasm of participants at our blogger session with fellow Ohio bloggers Tom Blumer (author of the article below) and Matt Hurley,

In response to a question about liberal bias, I mentioned the Saturday morning article in the Columbus Dispatch as an example of a liberal bias and how with reporters it's, as Reagan said, 'knowing so much that isn't true.'

Tom, writing at Newsbusters.org, deconstructs the article and points out that not only is the reporting starting from an incorrect premise (which, I regularly point out, leads to incorrect conclusions), but he understates the participation:
