Quote of the Day - Obama's failure on NLRB appointments

President Barack Obama made two 'recess' appointments to the National Labor Relations Board - though they weren't really recess appointments.

From this Daily Caller article comes today's QOTD:

“It’s hard to argue that the Senate was obstructing these Democratic nominees when they don’t even appear on the administration’s own list of nominations and appointments,” U.S. Chamber of Commerce labor policy specialist Glenn Spencer told The Daily Caller.

What makes the appointments worse is that the nominees haven't even passed their background checks yet!

Talk about a stupid, amateurish, bush-league mistake.
