Maggie,
A couple more which we all too frequently reminded of:
It is error alone which needs the support of government. Truth can stand by itself.
Thomas Jefferson
I believe there are more instances of the abridgement of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power than by violent and sudden usurpations.
James Madison
8 years ago, we moved into the Toledo "area" (holland to be exact) and were shocked about how many scammers seemed to be tied to Toledo. From real estate gone bad, drained banks, and let we forget; Coingate...
Now, have we learned ANYTHING from those experiences? DON'T INVEST MONEY in a RISKY investment... Of ANY TYPE.
(Actually, what was the final amount recovered from sales of the Coingate related assets? )
It sure sounds like the next CoinGate, but this time the County is gonna be involved instead of the State. A Lot closer to home, but not one but Maggie is willing to pipe up about it.
