Hmmmmm, I guess my question would be "how long will Frank run this blog?".
His last two blogs only lasted until his narrow reelection and then were abandoned when he no longer needed to show how much he cares to the voters. I wonder what the motivation for this blog is and, how long he will maintain it? I'm guessing that it's either a "smear Carty" or, a "get Frank's name back in the spotlight" tactic.
Let us count the days until this whim also falls by the wayside.
my prediction: blog will run until the budget is approved. What's the point of it after that without good - current - financial data readily available to everyone???

Wow! I am not a numbers dude. I only hope that there is someone out there, such as you Maggie, that can help make sense of what is there for the rest of us. It's a confusing mess to me.
