We saw them...two of them, actually. They were along the side of Summit Street, happy as could be, pecking at the soft ground.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a camera, but both Sam and I saw them - and the other bird with his back to us might have been a third robin.
Spring has sprung!!!!

I saw 4 of them in my front yard yesterday! Just a little affirmation that spring is really going to get here. :)
Maggie, Maggie, Maggie,
That is what the calendar indicates too. Why does our grass look so white?
Me thinks Spring has spruck.
btw, What are you doing up so late? :)
Tom
We had one in the yard last week. If they had any common sense they'd fly back south for a few more weeks!
Hey Maggie,
I saw four together in my yard. Finally spring is on the way.
Sidebar - Just want to let you kow I really like your doing Brian's and Fred's shows. I work afternoons and miss Eye on Toledo. I know you have the podcasts but I don't have an Ipod(yet).
I saw a couple robins, while going in to work on Friday. I was almost close enough to touch them and they flew away when I opened the door to get into the building.
JMM - you don't need an iPod - you can listen to the podcasts after their up by clicking the 'listen live' option. Downloading to an iPod is also an option.
Thanks for listening to the show!
I can assure you that us Floridians took very good care of watering and feeding your robins! :)
I made it a point this year, after telling myself in years past to remind myself of this for the next year, to mark February 16th this year, the day the huge flock flew over for about 20 minutes headed north at 10 in the morning.
It's such an amazing sight.
Makes me wonder, out of those thousands and thousands of robins that flew over me on February 16th, which ones end up there in your yard....
